サインインの方法は？How do I sign in?

Tsunaguは電話番号でサインインします。番号を入力すると、SMSでワンタイム確認コードが届きます。コードを入力するだけでサインインでき、パスワードを覚える必要はありません。 Tsunagu signs you in with your phone number. Enter your number and we'll text you a one-time verification code, then enter the code to sign in — there's no password to remember.

翻訳機能はどう使うの？How does the translation feature work?

異なる言語のメッセージを受け取ると、Tsunaguが自動的に翻訳を表示します。翻訳されたテキストをタップすると、原文と訳文を切り替えられます。 When you receive a message in a different language, Tsunagu automatically offers a translation. Tap the translated text to toggle between the original and translated versions.

サブスクリプションの解約方法は？How do I cancel my subscription?

サブスクリプションはApp Storeで管理されます。iPhoneの「設定 → Apple ID → サブスクリプション」からTsunaguを選び、解約してください。 Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Tsunagu, and tap Cancel Subscription.

アカウントの削除方法は？How do I delete my account?

アプリの「設定」画面から削除できます。詳しくはアカウント削除ページをご覧ください。 You can delete your account from the app's Settings screen, or visit our Delete Account page for instructions.

マッチした相手が見つかりません。どうなったの？I matched with someone but can't find them. What happened?

マッチが消えた場合、相手がマッチを解除したか、アカウントを削除した可能性があります。プライバシー保護のため、他のユーザーのアカウント操作の詳細はお伝えできません。 If a match disappears, the other person may have unmatched or deleted their account. For privacy reasons, we cannot share details about other users' account actions.

不適切な行為を報告するには？How do I report inappropriate behavior?

プロフィールや会話の「…」メニューから「報告」を選んでください。safety@tsunagudating.app へのメールでも受け付けています。すべての報告は24時間以内に確認します。 Tap the three-dot menu on any profile or in any conversation, then select "Report." You can also email us at safety@tsunagudating.app. We review all reports within 24 hours.
