Tsunagu（つなぐ）は、日本語で「つなぐこと」を意味します。私たちがこのアプリを作ったのは、愛は国境や言語、文化的な背景を問わないと信じているからです。だからこそ、マッチングアプリはそうした出会いをもっと簡単にすることに、もっと心を配るべきだと考えています。
日本で暮らす外国人として、あるいは他の文化の人と出会ってみたい日本人として——恋愛となると、思うようにいかないと感じることもあります。既存のアプリは、日本での異文化恋愛ならではの難しさに向き合って作られていません。
Tsunaguは、その溝を埋めるために存在します。どこの出身であっても、自然に、安心して、楽しく、特別な人と出会えるように。

Tsunagu (つなぐ) is Japanese for "to connect." We built this app because we believe love doesn't check passports, languages, or cultural backgrounds — and dating apps should care a lot more about making those connections easier.
As a foreigner living in Japan, or as a Japanese person curious about meeting someone from another culture, romance can feel harder than it should be. Existing apps weren't built to face the particular challenges of cross-cultural dating in Japan.
Tsunagu exists to close that gap — so that wherever you're from, meeting someone special feels natural, safe, and fun.
We're not a generic dating app with a Japanese translation slapped on. Every feature in Tsunagu is designed from scratch for the reality of cross-cultural dating in Japan.
Built-in translation removes the language wall from those fragile first conversations. Matching considers cultural preferences and communication styles. The Moments feed lets you share daily life in Japan, showing more of who you are than a static profile ever could. And social communities create relaxed, real-world reasons to meet.
At the heart of Tsunagu is our own matchmaking engine, Musubi (結び). Instead of ranking people by popularity, it learns from how people genuinely get along inside communities — and every night it plans introductions for the whole market at once, with a fairness rule so nobody is left invisible.
