Tsunaguアカウントとデータを完全に削除する方法How to permanently delete your Tsunagu account and data

削除する前に

ご利用いただきありがとうございました。アカウントを削除する前に、以下の点をご確認ください。

この操作は元に戻せません。アカウントを削除すると、プロフィール、写真、マッチ、メッセージ、モーメント、および関連するすべてのデータが完全に削除されます。これらの情報を復元することはできません。

  • 有効なサブスクリプションがある場合、アカウントを削除してもサブスクリプションは自動的には解約されません。先にApple IDの設定から解約してください。
  • あなたのプロフィールは、他のユーザーのマッチ一覧や会話からすぐに表示されなくなります。
  • 送信済みのメッセージは、相手側には「削除されたユーザー」として引き続き表示されます。

方法1：アプリから削除する

  1. iPhoneで Tsunagu アプリを開きます。
  2. 画面右下の「プロフィール」タブをタップします。
  3. 「設定」（歯車アイコン）をタップします。
  4. 下にスクロールして「アカウントを削除」をタップします。
  5. Face IDまたは電話番号の再認証で本人確認します。
  6. 「完全に削除」をタップして確定します。

方法2：メールで削除を依頼する

アプリにアクセスできない場合は、メールでアカウント削除を依頼できます。アカウントに登録した電話番号を記載のうえ、件名に「Delete My Account」と入れて delete@tsunagudating.app までお送りください。

本人確認のうえ、48時間以内に削除を処理します。削除完了後、確認メールをお送りします。

データの取り扱い

  • 即時削除：プロフィール情報、写真、マッチ、設定、モーメント、位置情報。
  • 30日以内に削除：メッセージ履歴、分析データ、サーバーのバックアップ。
  • 法令に基づき保持：安全に関する調査や法的手続きに関係したアカウントの場合、適用法令に基づき一部の記録を保持することがあります。

サブスクリプションの解約

Tsunaguアカウントを削除しても、App Storeのサブスクリプションは解約されません。課金を止めるには：

  1. iPhoneで「設定」を開きます。
  2. 上部のApple IDをタップします。
  3. 「サブスクリプション」をタップします。
  4. 「Tsunagu」を選び、「サブスクリプションをキャンセル」をタップします。

Before you delete

Thank you for spending time with Tsunagu. Before deleting your account, please review the following.

This action cannot be undone. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, photos, matches, messages, Moments, and all associated data. This information cannot be recovered.

  • If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel it. Cancel it first in your Apple ID settings.
  • Your profile will immediately stop appearing in other users' match lists and conversations.
  • Messages you have sent will remain visible to recipients as coming from a "Deleted user."

Method 1: Delete from the app

  1. Open the Tsunagu app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap the "Profile" tab at the bottom right.
  3. Tap "Settings" (the gear icon).
  4. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account."
  5. Verify your identity with Face ID or phone-number re-authentication.
  6. Tap "Delete Permanently" to confirm.

Method 2: Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, you can request deletion by email. Include the phone number registered to your account and put "Delete My Account" in the subject line, sent to delete@tsunagudating.app.

After verifying your identity, we will process the deletion within 48 hours and send a confirmation email when complete.

What happens to your data

  • Deleted immediately: profile information, photos, matches, settings, Moments, location data.
  • Deleted within 30 days: message history, analytics data, server backups.
  • Retained where required by law: for accounts connected to safety investigations or legal proceedings, some records may be retained as required by applicable law.

Canceling your subscription

Deleting your Tsunagu account does not cancel an App Store subscription. To stop billing:

  1. Open "Settings" on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top.
  3. Tap "Subscriptions."
  4. Select "Tsunagu" and tap "Cancel Subscription."
