How do I verify my email address?

After signing up with email, we send a verification link to your inbox. Tap the link to verify. If you didn’t receive it, check your spam folder or use the “Resend” button in the app.

How does the translation feature work?

When you receive a message in a different language, Tsunagu automatically offers a translation. Tap the translated text to toggle between the original and translated versions.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Tsunagu, and tap Cancel Subscription.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the app’s Settings screen, or visit our Delete Account page for instructions.

I matched with someone but can’t find them. What happened?

If a match disappears, the other person may have unmatched or deleted their account. For privacy reasons, we cannot share details about other users’ account actions.

How do I report inappropriate behavior?

Tap the three-dot menu on any profile or in any conversation, then select “Report.” You can also email us at safety@tsunagudating.app. We review all reports within 24 hours.

Response Times

We aim to respond to all support inquiries within 24 hours. Safety reports are prioritized and typically reviewed within a few hours. If your issue is urgent, please include “URGENT” in your email subject line.
